ABOUT SHELBY SHELTON
Shelby Shelton was born and raised in Perry, Oklahoma. Prior to practising law, Mr. Shelton worked a wide range of diverse jobs to pay his way through college: CNC Machinist at Ditch Witch, salesman at Dupree’s Sports, laborer at Carrier Ditching and Excavating. Upon obtaining his bachelor’s degree from Oklahoma State University, Mr. Shelton was a Licensed Insurance Adjustor and worked hard to help people involved in auto accidents. Mr. Shelton also had the privilege to teach and coach outstanding students and athletes in the communities of Stillwater, Cushing, Tuttle, Perkins, Tahlequah and Madill.
While attending Oklahoma City University School of Law, Mr. Shelton worked for the Oklahoma County District Attorney’s office. He credits his time in that office as an outstanding opportunity to learn invaluable lessons in the practice of law from excellent attorneyss. Mr. Shelton is a licensed member in good standing of the Oklahoma Bar Association.

But, for an extremely stressed momma and worried sick young man Shelby Shelton put both of our minds at ease. Shelby took on our case without hesitation and went straight to work. KelliDecember 9, 2022Shelby is not only an excellent attorney but also an ethical one. I had a DUI charge and he got it down to a traffic ticket. By doing so Shelby saved my career, my future and all that I’ve worked hard for. I was innocent but unfortunately the system doesn’t care about your innocence when you have a past like mine. Shelby did not let me plea to something just to get paid and get it over with.. Shelby took his responsibility to me seriously and worked hard talking to both the DA and judge about my case. I would have no job without his representation. I would have wasted all the time and money I’ve spent on my higher education if I’d been found guilty. I have regained my faith in humanity after this (kinda). I promise, you will not regret using him plus his prices are reasonable and we worked out a payment plan. He is one of the few good guys. Thank god my friend referred me to him.
